IEEE/ISTE

The College is having chapters of professional bodies such as IEEE and ISTE.

IEEE is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. It is designed to serve professionals involved in all aspects of the electrical, electronic and computing fields and related areas of science and technology that underlie modern civilization.

The Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) is a national, professional, non-profit making Society. ISTE is a Premier National Society for Teachers and Students of the Technical Education System.

ISTE Students Chapter  was Inaugurated in April 20th, 2012 at Caarmel Engineering College. It has around 300 student members. Students Branch has  36 student coordinators from the six different branches. ISTE  Faculty Chapter has so far conducted 3 programmes.

Periodic seminars and conferences are held in the College. Seminars, conferences, workshops and technical programs are held in association with these professional bodies.
